A project involving the construction a new plasterboard manufacturing facility and mill within an existing site.
The new accommodation includes:
- Warehouse extension of approximately 10,000 sqm.
- New gypsum store covering 60,000 tonnes of gypsum feedstock.
- New mill building formed as an extension of the existing mill.
- New conveyor system for the movement of the base material.
- Road and car park improvements.
