This Design and Build contract was undertaken with the Government regeneration agency, English Partnerships.
The development consisted of four industrial factory and warehouse units and offices, together with all associated works.
Gross internal areas ranged from 8,000 sq ft to 18,000 sq ft.
The buildings comprised portal framed structures, ground bearing foundations, brick/block/cladding walls and profiled metal composite sheeting roofs, all aluminium screens being double glazed.
